EVERYDAY ACTIONS VIDEO
Overview:
We filmed a short 5-7 minute video to educate the Northwestern community on everyday actions they can take to reduce their environmental impact. The film will be debuted at Energy Day on May 19th and made available on the website soon afterwards.
Project Details:
The message of the video is portrayed comically through a green fairy who converts one student’s habits from wasteful to sustainable. The video was filmed over two days. Tom Gonzales and Jessica Quentin are the stars of show with filming by Ben Singer and Rahul Syamlal. A number of other talented ESW members contributed their time as supporting actresses, food providers, props and costume crewmembers, and logistics support.
Get Involved:
Once the video is finalized, we’ll need help burning DVDs for the fall activity fair as well as designing a catchy label and title for the video. As an ESW member, you can help the cause simply by suggesting the video as a fun activity at other student groups general meetings, dorm munchies, or any other possible venue.
